Welcome to BoostCart, a post-purchase commerce platform owned and operated by Easyrewardz Software Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Easyrewardz", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using BoostCart through Digital Receipts, our website, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you ("user" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

BoostCart enables participating brands to deliver personalized offers, coupons, cashback rewards, and promotional content to customers through Digital Receipts and related digital channels including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Web.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Not transmit harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when interacting with the Service.

• All offers, coupons, cashback, and rewards displayed through BoostCart are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand or merchant.
• Offers may be limited in time, quantity, geography, or to specific customer segments.
• BoostCart acts as a facilitator between participating brands and customers and does not guarantee continued availability of any specific offer.
• Cashback amounts, redemption methods, and payout timelines are determined by the issuing brand or partner program.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property associated with BoostCart remain the exclusive property of Easyrewardz Software Services Pvt. Ltd. or its respective owners. No portion of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

BoostCart may display offers, content, or links from third-party brands and merchants. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services, or policies of such third parties. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Your use of BoostCart is also governed by the Easyrewardz Privacy Policy, available at https://www.easyrewardz.com/privacy_policy/. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easyrewardz, BoostCart, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any offer, coupon, or content delivered through BoostCart.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
